Pet policy:
We welcome up to 2 pets per home. There is a $400 pet fee for the first pet and $100.00 for an additional pet. Pet Rent is $10.00 per month, per pet. Pets cannot exceed a combined weight limit of 60 pounds. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. At management's discretion, a large dog may require the rental of a bottom floor apartment home. Please check with management for details if you have a large dog.
